Small group training (SGT) offers individualized attention similar to personal training but with the fun and motivating group dynamic built in.

We limit SGT sessions to 2-4 individuals to maximize the effectiveness and so that each individual still benefits from the expert training. This type of training is great for couples, neighbors, co-workers, and friends that want to encourage each other in living a healthier, more active life.

FluidFitness helps you "let fitness flow with your life" by training you at a location of your choosing in the Spring Hill/Thompson's Station area. Whether it be your neighborhood, a local park, or even a parking lot after work, we bring the workout to you.
